This company designs, manufactures, and supplies pneumatic systems and components to customers in various sectors worldwide. The acquisition fits in with our ambition to grow with companies that focus on their own products and customized solutions. The current owner retains thirty percent. <\/p><p data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"1172\">Tecair has more than twenty-five years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and supplying pneumatic components and systems. Because everything is developed and produced in-house, Tecair can fully meet customer requirements in terms of quality, price, delivery time, and use of materials. The company provides solutions for the rail and transport sectors, the food industry, and the chemical industry, among others.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1292\">The company is based in Drachten, has fifteen employees, and generates annual revenue of approximately four million euros.<\/p><p data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1823\">Marco Markus, director of Tecair BV, says:<br data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1341\">&#8220;After twenty-five years at Tecair and now that I am sixty, I have started thinking about the future of the company and myself. I am delighted that Dacke Industri is the new owner. Their way of working provides continuity and perspective. This step offers customers, suppliers, and employees a bright future.
