On December 8, Dacke Industri acquired seventy percent of the shares in Tecair BV. The current owner retains thirty percent.

Tecair has more than twenty-five years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and supplying pneumatic components and systems. Because everything is developed and produced in-house, Tecair can fully meet customer requirements in terms of quality, price, delivery time, and use of materials. The company provides solutions for the rail and transport sectors, the food industry, and the chemical industry, among others.

The company is based in Drachten, has fifteen employees, and generates annual revenue of approximately four million euros.
